Dani Bielec-Kramer

Dani Kramer focuses on assisting investors understand their options throughout the real estate cycle, starting with the acquisition of commercial real estate and then eventually the disposition of their real estate assets. Dani takes an overall planning approach to help her clients make the most appropriate and informed decisions possible, in order to maximize their financial goals.

She is a licensed REALTOR in both Idaho and Washington and is also a Registered Representative with Welton Street Investments, LLC. Being dually licensed allows Dani to offer her clients an array of diversified commercial investments.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Dani attended Whitworth University where she earned a double major in Mathematics and Chemistry. She also gained a great amount of experience in commercial real estate appraising while working under an MAI appraiser in Spokane, Washington.

Dani is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designee and has the background and education necessary to provide the most accurate market investment analysis and advice.

Dani was born in Flagstaff, Arizona and grew up in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She attended Coeur d’Alene High School where she participated in women’s basketball and soccer. Her athletic career continued at Whitworth University, where she played four years of women’s basketball and two years of golf.

She and her husband, Scott Kramer, are avid sports fans and stay actively involved with Whitworth University, as well as the Community Colleges of Spokane, which is where her husband now works as an administrator and coaches men’s golf.
